world Isnt safe anymore??

I just woke up and is was heavy rain but now the weather become better already. Just a minute ago i went through the news and i found again victim being raped and murdered, houses robberies and rapes, drug taking and many more. whats\'s the earth becoming/?? what and where is human right?? why are people outside there so cruel?? just to inform anyway to becareful especially my love one's over there.
