Less Sugar good for health

I guess all of you know bout how much sugar contained in a can of soft drink and it's harmful to us. On last week The Star has shown us the percentage of sugar for example Cola 7 tsp and Pepsi 7.2 tbs. Try to image we human only need 10tbs perday and it can lead to high blood sugar, diabetes, and obesity. And i really hope for those of you who addicted to Soft/ Sweet drinks will change to something more healthy like hot tea ( green tea) it has alot benefit for your health.
It Help to prevent
-cancer
-rheumatoid arthritis
-high cholesterol levels
-cariovascular disease
-infection
-impaired immune function

but it also can lead to insomnia caz it contained caffeine but less then coffee.
