Today would be my last visit to the examination hall

After the examination I think of the 3 subject i left for my degree course. All 3 of the subjects are with no finals. wooohuuu but seriously I miss exam.
Hope all these subject I took next semester I will do well in the assignments and mid-term.

Yesterday came bac around 6 something after prayer meeting and I started to take a nap til 12am. First of all I am tired and 2nd I have to pay full attention on my coming exam tomorrow and assignments of course.

Holy Spirit I love you.

Thank God my tears of JOY flow everytime when I met you.
I did enjoy my Sunday with you Lord.

I know I need more rest and a really good planning for this coming 2 weeks.
Because I love you, I want to get flying colours in Branding and Alternative Voices and I believe in You Lord. I want to extend myself, as you told those who have never got a child before, Just shout with joy.

10 methods to save the environment

I knew that I did not post a proper blog which something that I have in my mind for quite some times. But no worries now I put my thought into words here.

I think all of you should be well known about the global warming and recycle stuffs like campaign and others that you've heard around you rite?

Yeah... so did you really think or act to protect the environment?
Here I'm not talking bout 100% meat free, no plastic bags or mineral bottles consumption at all but what I mean is we have to really think deep to the main problem that the world is encounter.

The earth is feeling not well, so what can we do for it?
Actually what we have to do is really easy. And I don't think we all will die or starve when we do some simple action.
Guys, think of the future right now. We don't want to see the weather rise up to 50 degree, do you? or higher sea level.

Here are 10 simple methods that I wanna share with all of you so we can work hand in hand to protect the world and make a better place for you and for me and the entire human race.


1. Turn off the light or other electric appliances when you are away for more than 10 minites.
2. Separate the clean waste like wrapper, food container and recycable stuffs and recycle it. I think most of you will think it is difficult but actually you can perpare a bin or a bag and put all the waste that can recycle but please make sure it is clean before you put it together.You can always rinse and wash it with the soap for oily stuffs.
3. Reduce the consumption of water heater.
4. Use car pool or public transport more often.
5. Refuse plastic or paper bags while making purchase.
6. Try to bring your own bag or stuffs the goods in your bag.
7. If possible get a water bottle with you all the time to avoid buying bottle water for one use.
8. Always use recycle paper for personal notes or references.
9. Use natural shower gel or shampoo. You can easily get in The Body Shop.
10.Make sure you finish the food in every meal to avoid the food waste.

Just came back from Selayang.
Wow is really great, this is my first time drove there and yet I don't lost my direction. Thank God because I did pray before I starts my journey. Hahah Praise Lord. And now guess what? I knew the road to Kepong and Selayang. I think next Saturday should spend some times with my mum at FRIM.

And this is also the first time for me to meet Jing's fans Akemi, Janie & Vivian Tai without Jing's event. Have been a really long time that the days without 'yamcha' lifestyle with my friends that I used to do it very often about a year ago.
I think we should come out more often.

I reach at Selayang OLD TOWN @ 7pm and we have our dinner there until 9.30pm.

The Body Shop Annual Beach Cleanup Starts A sea Change

As country coordinator for The Ocean Conservancy in the United States, The Body Shop in West Malaysia organises and sponsors the Annual Beach Cleanup in conjunction with the International Coastal Cleanup (ICC) on an annual basis since 1992. Since then, we have experienced a consistent increase in the number of volunteers participating in this cleanup initiative – from 102 volunteers in 1992 to 400 volunteers in 2006; and just over 500 volunteers in 2009; citing an increase in youth participation - a strong indication of more and more young people subscribing to this world’s largest volunteer activity and being conscious about the environment.Over the years, The Body Shop® has garnered support from sponsorship partners on a long-term basis with The Coca-Cola Company; and short-term with corporates like Environmental Resource Management and Dow Chemicals; and tertiary institutions like Taylor’s University College, Monash University and Sunway University College.During the 2009 Annual Beach Cleanup held at over 10 seafront locations, volunteers managed to collect over 1.6 tonne of rubbish and debris from the beach.
